  17. My husband and I couldn’t agree on a girl name, so I told him to go through a list and shout the names he liked. He got to Arya, and both of us liked it, so that’s what we chose. It was only after she was named that we found out Arya is a character in Game of Thrones and in Pretty Little Liars (we don’t watch either). We chose it because it was pretty, and we had never heard of anyone else with that name. Well now, it’s like the #3 girl name of 2019. Of course. We still love her name, but it’s a bummer that it’s now a fad name when we thought we were picking something special. Ah well 🙂 She also loves music, and an aria is a musical term, so it’s nice to have that connection!
