I have back pain.my breast is painful and heavy.i can’t even wear bra because is hurting me

And I’ve been experiencing cramps for the past few days it’s 5 days late

Sadly, we’ve experienced 4 consecutive Miscarriages, with the fourth being the most traumatic.

Since then (several months ago), we’ve had no luck conceiving despite trying (albeit half heartedly).

What I will say to hopeful TTCers, is that from personal experience, I’ve had virtually all the pregnancy symptoms every month and it has turned out to be AF. Every time. *Apart from the first time we got pregnant, which terminated at just 3.5 weeks.

From tingly nipples, metallic taste, fatigue, headaches, sensitive smell, nausea and bloating…they’ve all lead to PMS / AF.

We have to remember that our hormones peak as they change over, so identified pregnancy symptoms aren’t necessarily exclusive to pregnancy. Most, if not all, symptoms mirror those of PMS.

I’ve had virtually all the above from around 9 dpo, when I also get the metallic taste, only for AF to turn up at 15dpo. I read that this is due to estrogen and progesterone changes.

I have however read about women who experience no symptoms and turn out to be pregnant. So in my case, I guess I’m actually hoping to *rule out* traditional symptoms, as opposed to spotting them.

Today is 14 dpo and I haven’t yet had any of the usual symptoms. No metal taste or obvious symptoms, other than bloating and feeling very, very tired. I’ve also felt a strange pulling sensation to the lower left abdomen. I’m not sure if that means anything?

Not ready to take a test as in the past it’s always ended badly. Could use some hope, thank you and bless all you mums and mums to be out there xx
